Prices

Main season : 1st of July untill the 31th of August
Mid season: 1st of April untill the 30st of June, 1st of September untill the 31st of October
Low season: 1st of November untill the 31st of March (For winter holidays see prices at winter holidays)

The rental period is minimal a week (from friday 3 pm till friday 10 am. In Mid and Low season, other days are possible.

Included
The beds will be ready when you arrive. Clean sheets once a week
Clean towels and kitchen linen twice a week
Gas, electricity and water.
Cleaning and maintenance of gardens and swimmingpool
There are 2 baby cots with bed linen, childrens chair, bath and so on (please book well in advance)
Cleaning material like vacuum cleaner, brooms, and other cleaning material.
Ironing board and iron are available.
The whole year round, you can pick fresh fruit from our garden.

Not included
Transport to or from Quinta das Portelas ; There will be no problem finding Lagos, from Faro there is only one way to Lagos.
We do advise you to rent a car. It is by far the easiest way to discover the beautiful Algarve at your own pace.
Cleaning at the end of the rented period € 40.00
( Tenant is obligated to inhabit the apartment according to general rules of renting. Tenant should keep the apartment clean). See conditions
Brooms etc. are available for small domestic errands.
Washing machine is available for € 2.50 incl. detergent.
Surity € 115.00 per apartment, winter holidays € 150.00
Use of the internet: € 7.50 per week, € 20.00 per month
We can arrange an extra cleaning for € 10,00 per hour ( min. 2 hours)
