Prices

Prices mentioned are in EURO per apartment per week. Booking conditions apply for all apartments
We hold the right to change prices if levying or rates of exchange demand it. Raise of our own expenses will be charged directly, without raises, to the tenants.
The surety is € 115.00, for long term renting in winter € 150.00.
Use of the internet: € 7.50 per week, € 20.00 per month, € 50.00 for 3 months
The cost for the cleaning at the end of the rental period is € 40.00, for long term renting in winter € 50.00.

Booking conditions and cancellation

Reservation can be placed by telephone or by mail. As soon as the landlord receives the 50% deposit, the booking is final.
The remaining 50% has to be received 2 months before the start of the rented period. In case of non-payment, the contract will be dissolved. Sums already paid will not be restituted.
If reservation takes place less then 8 weeks before start of the renting period, the full price plus surety has to be paid at once
At the end of the rented period the surety will be restituted. In case of damages, loss or negligence, the surety will be used for compensation. Damages and/or losses will be reported to the landlord immediately.
Tenant can cancel the agreement at least 60 days before start of the renting period. At least 30% of the down payment will not be restituted.
When cancellation takes plays after those 150 days, tenant will owe 50% to the landlord
When cancellation takes plays after those 60 days, tenant will owe the full renting price to the landlord.
In case of Force Majeure, war, strikes, natural disasters, reservation may be cancelled by the letter.

Liability

The tenant is the person mentioned in the reservation form. The person who reserves (also) for others is personally accountable for all other tenants. Booking is only valid for those mentioned on the reservation form. It is not permitted to let others stay at the accommodation. This could lead to dissolving the contract. In that case, compensation is not possible. Tenant is obligated to inhabit the apartment according to general rules of renting. Tenant should keep the apartment clean. If this is not the case, the surety will be used to pay for cleaning, with a minimum of € 70.00. The landlord will in no case be responsible for injuries or damages to the belongings of tenant and his fellow tenants.
In Southern Europe, failures in water or electricity supplies are more common than in the Netherlands. Regional authorities can shut down or distribute supplier for any number of reasons. Your landlord can not be hold responsible for that.
