General Information

Quinta das Portelas is situated on the outskirts of Lagos, 1,5 miles from its historic city centre. It has a view of our own orange / mandarin / lemon plantation on sloping hills. 300 m from the local village Portelas with bars, 3 restaurants and a little supermarket.

The country house is divided into three apartments. A 6 by 16 metres swimming pool surrounded sundries sun / grassland by deck / sun chairs, shower en toilet, bar, family table, rock waterfall. Also a barbecue is available and there are many possibilities to play all kinds of sports or games.

Lagos is situated in the Algarve, close to the Atlantic Ocean. The area has many beautiful beaches ideal for sunning, swimming, sailing and surfing. The Algarve is also loved for its beautiful golf courses and tennis courts.

In the city of Lagos you will find many restaurants with fine, reasonably priced meals. The scenic marina is at a walking distance from the historic city centre and about 1,5 miles from Quinta das Portelas. Lagos also has a lively nightlife, large supermarkets and lots of nice little shops.
